​This group will explore the journey from hurt to hope, offering practical and spiritual tools for processing trauma, finding healing, and embracing God’s comfort. We'll create a safe and welcoming space for those ready to pursue emotional and spiritual wholeness. We will be using a curriculum called Healing Heart Wounds. We ask that you prayerfully consider joining as each lesson will be vitally important and attendance is crucial to getting the most out of our sessions and time together. This bi-weekly, 45-minute prayer journey centers on Psalm 46:10 — “Be still and know that I am God.” Together we will slow down, notice God’s presence, listen for His guidance, and cultivate gratitude in our daily lives. Each gathering will focus on stillness, quiet, listening, and thanksgiving through guided prayer, reflection, journaling, and optional use of yoga mats for those who are willing and able.
